- How can I check my order status?
You should login to your account, go to Orders, Select the order ID for which you are looking for the update and you will get the status for the product processing
- How do I start a new order?
Pick a product and Add to Cart button then checkout it on any product page within this site to begin a new order.

- How do I cancel my order?
We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Service and have your order number available.
- Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
You cannot change your shipping address after your order shipped status has been submitted. You need to contact to us and if the order is not yet shipped we can try to help with the new address as per courier services availability for the new location
Do you accept International Order?
Yes we accept foreign country order through email only kindly mail to order@motoutility.com
- Why Am I Not Able To Purchase Some Products That I See Listed On The Site?
- MotoUtility.com has listed all the products but there can be some products which may not be available all the time and are Out Of Stock. All these products will display the Out Of Stock message or it will be come back 2-3 days and will not be added in the cart.
- If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
You should receive an order confirmation shortly. Please expect your order to be processed within 4-12 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. The shipping time will vary from location and mode of transport depending on the product weight.
- What if I do not receive my order confirmation email?
Please make sure to check your email's spam folder first and check email id before contacting Customer Service. Please have your order number available
- What if I do not receive my order?
Please check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. If there is no update or the product is in the single status for more 3 days then please contact Customer Service and they will surely help you.
Reasons for Deliverable Packages A package is sometimes deemed deliverable due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the courier service or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the Manage your address book link under Account Settings in Your Account. Click either Edit or Delete Address beneath the address you want to change or remove.
Other Address Problems: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of the courier services that deliver our items make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. If you not received package please mail to support@motoutility.com
Note: A package that has been tagged as 'Deliverable' or 'Returning to Seller' will be returned to us. Our courier partners will not be able to retrieve and deliver the package to you even if it is at a local courier station. Please place a new order on our website if you would still like to purchase the item.
- When i will be get my order?
Moto Utility guarantee to dispatch your goods within 3 days, if your order is received before 1pm Monday to Friday. Next Day deliveries will be dispatched that day for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, Delivery on a Saturday is Guaranteed and bank holidays are excluded. If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on the Monday. Once order dispatched from us you can track your order by login my order page
- What if I receive a damaged or Wrong shipment??
If something went wrong and you receive damage products, Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images and share the same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product

- What type of payment do you accept?
We accept only Prepaid Payment mode. All prepaid payments are securely processed through Payment Gateway. MotoUtility.com does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and wallets
