Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You should login to your account, go to Orders, Select the order ID for which you are looking for the update and you will get the status for the product processing or tracking

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Moto Utility  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer only.

Damages

If something went wrong and you receive damaged products, Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images and share the same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product

International Shipping Policy

Shipping option is available for International customers through website.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill Return Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange or refund. Please allow at least 5 to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email and SMS when your return has been processed. Buyer gets partial refund means we deduct payment gateway charge 3% from the total amount and all direct store bank transfer payments will get full refund there is no extra charge.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following Category cannot be returned or exchanged:
